Noah Consulting honored as one of Houston Business Journal’s 2012 Best Places to Work
At an awards luncheon on Friday, Houston Business Journal’s awards committee named Noah Consulting one of Houston’s 2012 Best Places to Work.
For 12 years the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) has been recognizing companies based on employee satisfaction in areas such as goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunity and skill development, recognition and compensation, tolerance and flexibility, and embracing innovation and ideas. The evaluation process includes a submission, Quantum Workplace survey, and written interview. In 2012, HBJ recognized 78 companies in four categories: companies with 10 to 100 employees, companies with 101 to 500 employees, companies with 501 or more employees and companies that are not based in Houston, but have a significant presence in the area. Noah Consulting, in the category of 10-100 Employees, ranked 14th among the 51 recognized companies.
