Key appointment adds heft to Parramatta marketing agency
Parramatta-based marcomms agency Spinnaker Media has appointed a PR director to offer higher capabilities and services to businesses and organisations in and around Parramatta.
The appointment allows the agency to offer best-practice, integrated public relations and social media services and training to businesses and organisations located in Sydney’s West.
Stallard has vast experience in government, corporate, not-for-profit and small business sectors and is an advocate for energy-efficient products and aged care.
As PR Consultant for Alzheimer’s Australia NSW, Stallard was advisor to the CEO, the Hon. John Watkins (former Deputy Premier of NSW) and instrumental in the nation-wide media launch of a medical research breakthrough for dementia.
Stallard has also worked on key campaigns for Sydney Water, the Asthma Foundation of NSW, NSW Quit Smoking Campaign, Australia Council, National Trust of NSW, Centennial Parklands and Sydney City Council.
Spinnaker Media’s founder, Carol Brett, said the appointment would significantly strengthen the agency’s offering and give local businesses and organisations access to corporate-quality services at realistic price points.
“This is a very important development for us. Lisa brings a wealth of public relations knowledge to the agency and having her aboard positions us as a genuine contender in the marketing communications industry.
“Her involvement will allow us to offer and deliver top-notch results to clients in and around Parramatta who are looking for increased brand awareness via media positioning, public relations and social media.”
Of her new role Stallard said: “I’m excited to be part of the Spinnaker Media team. Carol Brett has a breadth of media experience gained from working with one of the best and highest circulation multi- media brands in Australia - Better Homes and Gardens.
“Spinnaker media represents outstanding clients in sustainability, aged care and other industries.
"I look forward to offering the best possible service to these and other clients into the future,” Stallard said.
