Oct. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- (Washington, D.C.)--John W. Daniels, Jr., chair of the national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP (http://www.quarles.com/)  was named to the board of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) during the organization’s Annual Meeting in September.

John Daniels has been the chairman of Quarles & Brady LLP since 2007. He was named by the National Law Journal as one of the nation’s 50 most influential diverse attorneys in America. He received the 2012 Spirit of Excellence Award from the American Bar Association Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Legal Profession (http://www.americanbar.org/) and recently received the Excellence in Education Award from the Milwaukee Public School Board of School Directors as well as the “Friend of the University Award (http://www.quarles.com/docs/video/Daniels_Marquette.wmv)” from the Marquette University Alumni Association.
