Oct. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Few states offer a more scenic backdrop for outdoor sports enthusiasts than Montana, making it an ideal setting for the midpoint competition in CoyoteHunter.net’s annual Tournament Series: The Montana Coyote Classic.

“Montana is one of my favorite places in the whole world,” exclaimed CoyoteHunter.net director Jamie P. Olson.  “Although every other competition in our Tournament Series takes place in North Dakota – where I was born and which I also love – I just had to schedule an event in the big sky state.”

The Montana Coyote Classic is a two-day contest with a registration fee of $300 per team.  Home base for the event will be at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center located at 1223 Mullowney Lane in Billings, MT.  A block of rooms has been set aside at a special group rate at the hotel. To reserve a room for the event at the reduced rate, participants can visit http://www.billingshotel.net or call 800-537-7286.

All participants are urged to attend the rules review, which will be held at the Billings Hotel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8.  A call-in check-in will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 9; the contact phone number for this check-in will be given out at the rules meeting.  The tournament’s final check-in will be at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10 at the hotel.  1st 25%, 2nd 20%, 3rd 15%, 4th 12%, 5th 8%, 6th 6%, 7th 5%, 8th 4%, 9th 3% and 10th 2% place finishes will be awarded to the teams with the highest two-day total.
