Follow on Google News | Beats by Dre Wireless VS 50 Cent's SYNCThe two biggest competitors when it comes to rap artists’ headphones are Dr. Dre Beats by Dre and 50 Cents'SYNC by 50 headphones. You can’t go wrong with either headphones, but there is a distinct difference between the two.
By: Hotsalemarts.com Six colors beats by dre wireless bluetooth headphones for sale $149.95 at http://www.hotsalemarts.com/ Portablity Both headphones offer unique styles. Beats by dre wireless can collapse/fold up which is a big plus for me and they have a smaller carrying case with a hook thats cool where as syncs dont collapse and have a bigger carrying case with a weird but good handle. Sounds Like Beats win this category .......... BUT the wireless feature on the Sync's give them the ultimate portability, its sweet af without the wires, i can walk around the house and everything its sweet trust me. I dunno how many times ive ripped out the wire on Beats it can be annoying af, you dont get that with Sync's therefore Sync's get the point for this category. Design Beats design is very good with a black/red brushed metal look to make them really stand out. The Beats Wireless headphones provide a great range of freedom to move away from the music source and still keep control of what’s playing. With controls on the side of the ear cup and protruding tactical feedback, the buttons are easy to locate and intuitive to use. The headband structure, battery life and generous ear cushions allow continuous comfort for hours of listening at home or on the go. Using a similar aesthetic to the flagship Beats Studio headphones and comparable in size to the previously released Beats Solo, the wireless headphones feature a glossy exterior, rubber and matte interior, pivoting ear cups and soft ear pads. SYNC by 50 headphones surpass Beats a bit, though, when the letter “S” on the side of the headphones flashes its blue LED off and on. Thankfully, you can turn them off by enabling Airplane Mode. Beyond the annoyance factor, the flashing lights can't be helping the battery life of the headphones, which SMS Audio claims will provide about 17 hours of playback on a full charge. The SMS Sync by 50 cent Wireless headphones $399.55 at J&R ships with a blue audio cable with a 3.5mm connection for regular, wired listening, along with built-in mic and call answering controls. You also get a USB cable that connects to a charger, and can be used for listening to audio via a computer's USB port as well. In addition, the package includes an adapter for airplane jacks and the 3.5mm Kleer dongle that's required for wireless operation. Everything comes in a rather bulky, sturdy zippered case. You can sync up to four Sync headphone pairs to one audio source, hence the name. We were unable to test the feature, so we'll take 50 Cent at his word. Durability There have been problems with Beats because they can break easily if you don’t take care of them. This is not a problem for the syncs as they are unbreakable; Price The Beats Wireless headphones are available exclusively at the hotsalemarts online Store for $149.95. The SMS Audio SYNC by 50 Cent Wireless Over-Ear Headphones are available exclusively at the hotsalemarts online Store for $189. Conclusion Beats by dre wireless and SYNC by 50s both have comfortable fits and are different in their own way. When you first get either set of headphones they take a few days to break in before they fit nicely, but once they do break in, they are really comfortable. Both headphones fit nicely, so it’s a tossup in terms of comfort. One area where Beats are way better than SYNCS is noise cancellation. Beats have complete noise cancellation, which means you can’t hear other people around you, and they can’t hear your music, either. For SYNC by 50s, they have part noise cancellation, but the main reason they don’t have noise cancellation is because is it would interfere with the audio waves transmitted wirelessly from the dongle to the headphone. When it comes to features of both headphones SYNCS feature far outweigh features of Beats. Some of the different features of the SYNC by 50s are track controls, volume controls, on/off/mute and bass boosting control, which are on the actual headphones themselves. This is a feature that no other headphone company has at this point. They also are completely wireless with a 16–bit lossless audio where you can be up to 50 feet away from the audio source. Along with that you can sync up to four different headphones to one source of music. All that the Beats offer are an on/off and mute button. Another advantage of SYNC by 50s is you don’t have to use batteries as you do for the Beats. If you do purchase Beats it would be useful to buy rechargeable batteries for the headphones. The SYNC by 50s have a rechargeable battery in the headphones and the wireless dongle that you can charge with a micro USB cable from your computer. It comes down to possibly the biggest decision when it comes to buying either headphones: quality.
