Dallas singer Denise Lee headlines 'Glitz and Glam' for one magical night of music, food and drinks

Oct. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Denise Lee, Dru Rivera and Marvin Mathews sing for Legacy Counseling Center during a cabaret-themed evening that features delicious appetizers and desserts by restaurateur Kay Agnew and pastry chef April Muse, as well as speciality drinks from Stolichnaya Premium Vodka, this Saturday, October 20, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the New Brick/Joe's.

Lee is a musical theater veteran, starring in local and regional productions including Theatre Three's recent production of Avenue Q and The Wiz by the Dallas Theater Center.  She frequently performs in a wide variety of venues from concert hall to small, intimate cabaret stages.  (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHzkNt5mcoA)

The Corps of Volunteers is an independent organization dedicated to raising funds and meeting volunteer needs for local non-profit organizations.  Legacy Counseling Center (http://legacycares.org)  provides individual and group therapy to HIV-positive people and their families. Legacy also operates Founders Cottage, a seven-bedroom house that provides 24-hour care for critically ill AIDS patients in a home-like setting.
