SeibCo, LLC Celebrates 20 Years in Business; business consultant launches new website, new book

Oct. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Jeannette Seibly, principal of SeibCo, LLC, is not only celebrating her 20th year in business, the successful business consultant is celebrating 20 years of transforming hiring practices, people and business strategies. With her help, several dozen companies have seen million dollar results and three millionaires were created.
Seibly has more than 34 years of experience in leadership, business and management development, the last 20 years with her own business consulting firm. To her clients, she is a presenter, trainer, facilitator, business advisor, executive coach, mentor and author of more than 100 articles about leadership, people/business strategies and strategic hiring for business owners.
One of the clients she works with is a property management company with properties across the U.S. “I have worked with the President and CEO for several years to transform their hiring practices and business strategies,” explains Seibly. “As a result, the company has increased net operating income by 17 percent and is positioned for significant growth during 2013. My goal is to continue delivering million dollar results like these to my clients. They appreciate my ability to identify roadblocks and help them blast through these walls to produce unprecedented results.”

“Sharpen Your Hiring Results” is a follow-up book to “Hiring Amazing Employees” with new techniques and tips that are especially effective in this recovering economy.
Seibly has been honored with numerous awards over the years including the Leadership Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners, Business of the Year from Colorado Business Women, and an Outstanding Woman in Business nomination from the Denver Business Journal. She received her Master’s degree in communications and her Bachelor’s degree in public and personnel administration from Michigan State University, and has been headquartered in Colorado since 2003.
