Recent Channel 4 TV Series Predicts Rise in Loft Conversions

Oct. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- According to a recent survey by the Halifax Building Society, loft conversions can add the biggest value to your house ahead of extensions, conservatories and a new kitchen.

This fact is agreed with and positively promoted in the recent new Channel 4 TV series Double Your House for Half the Money. Featuring presenter Sarah Beeny, the programme sets out to prove that anyone can have the home they’ve always dreamed of even if they can’t afford to buy it, through extending outwards or, as is becoming more common, upwards into the loft.  

The stunning loft conversion pictured below was built in Chingford in east London and was filmed as part of the programme on 9th October to provide inspiration to the Rigler family.  Built by Bespoke Lofts (http://www.bespokelofts.co.uk), it was showcased as an excellent example of a high quality conversion.
