Hard work deserves rewarding and Bioceutica’s new compensation plan does exactly what it promises believes Candace Keefe the multi level marketing company’s CEO.
With a highly respected and experienced broom sweeping through the company’s Byfield MA headquarters, it is no surprise that the company has seen a remarkable turn around. “When I took over at Bioceutica, I could have taken the easy route and adopted business practices already common throughout the multi level marketing sector,” says their CEO. “However, we are in this for the long run, taking the easy option was never in my thinking and I wanted everyone from the back office customer care team to the warehouse staff to our independent consultants to be aware of this.”
Working with industry leading compensation architects, Bioceutica has since launched a groundbreaking reward plan that has been universally greeted with much praise and enthusiasm.
The next stage in the company’s journey is the design and repackaging of its highly popular QuikStik product range. Katy Muenter, Director of Product Development at Bioceutica had this to say: “My first task at Bioceutica was to undertake a complete review of our product offering in order to identify areas where we can simplify, innovate, and advance to meet the needs of today’s consumers. We are also working on a new range of Cosmeceuticals to compliment our existing internal support products. With our new compensation plans and new products in development I am extremely excited about what is to come here at Bioceutica.”
