"Social recommendation is a huge aspect of social discovery. Recommending new things, places and people to our registered users is a great addition to their social discovery experience on LAGbook. At LAGbook, we want to be the best social discovery solution in Africa, and this isn't far fetched", said Chidi Nwaogu, Co-founder of LAGbook.
Chidi continued, "Lovvin is an awesome social recommendation web application, and we're excited to have them on LAGbook. We don't want to only expand people's social discovery experience by giving them the power to meet new people everyday. We want to expand their social discovery experience by giving them the power to discover new things, music, places, books, websites and on. We want to expand their online social discovery experience in all aspects of their life".
"There's an appreciable number of Nigerian related recommendations on Lovvin, which include Abuja (place), Vicent Enyeama (people), John Obi Mikel (people), Things Fall Apart (books), Half of a yellow sun (books), Stephanie Okereke (people), Omotola Jalade Ekeinde (people), Open City (books), and Sade (people)", said Chika Nwaogu, Co-founder, CEO and President at LAGbook.
Chika continued, "Since there're a lot of Nigerian and African contents on Lovvin, our users would get to discover a lot of African and Nigerian related contents, and we hope this will help increase the amount of African contents on Lovvin as our registered users add more contents they already love. This should help Lovvin boost its social recommendation presence in Africa".
