Creed Engineers to demonstrate latest technologies for label and security printing in LabelEXPO 2012

Oct. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- OMEGA HSR (Slitter Rewinder) with Fleyevision 100% inspection system from AB Graphics International Ltd will be demonstrated. The HSR has been specifically designed for high speed slitter inspection applications within the label industry and can reach speeds of 300 meters a minute while maintaining accurate rewind tension, ensuring high quality finished rolls.  Omega HSR is equipped with 100% camera inspection solution that uses line scan technology, going from 1k to 8k resolution cameras to detect print errors such as scratches, text irregularities ink blobs, registration shifts as well as color variations. The Fleyevision system is also capable of inspecting reflective foils and holograms.

Creed Engineers will also display its VIS 1200 Inkjet System under its own brand VINSAK. The VIS 1200 is a modular wide format printing system that can print on a variety of different papers, i.e. various offset papers, coated paper, gloss papers etc. This high speed inkjet system uses high quality UV or water based inks that print exceptional solid colors, and with the use of grayscale inkjet technology it offers high quality images print with half tone or solids. Especially for tax stamps jobs this inkjet system is capable to print 2D/QR barcodes and numbering for track and trace solution.

A printing module of Lombardi Synchroline Flexo Press from Lombardi Italy will be on display. Lombardi Synchroline is equipped with printing groups governed singularly by brushless motors and the setting and maintenance of the printing register of the whole press is governed by the electric board with a system of register control. This able to correct on real time the deviation from the register due to the extensions of the material for the printing industry, that looks for maximum versatility and the possibility of working on a wide gamma of materials. Sheet Counting Machine from Vacuumatic UK will also be in display.

In addition, information and new print samples of the Rotatek Brava intermittent offset press will be available. Mr. Gaetan De Charry from Rotatek in Spain will be present to have discussions with the existing and future customers of Rotatek in India.

Schober gmBh will be presenting the new IML die cutting machine. With the first installation in South India earlier this year, the IML market is likely to expand soon and Schober has a unique solution for the same.

Apart from these, Creed Engineers will also focus on its own brand VINSAK under which there are extensive solutions available for pre-press and brand protection.

Visitors can experience the live performance of OMEGA HSR with Fleyevision, VINSAK VIS 1200 Inkjet System, and Vacuumatic Sheet Counting machine at Booth No. A30, in Hall No. 10.
