ZYD Transformer Oil Purification machine

Transformer oil requires purification before or already in-service when oil has a lower breakdown voltage value (dielectric strength) owning dissolved water, dissolved gas, and other contamination.

The series of vacuum insulating oil purifiers are available in stationary, mobile and trailer type for oil conditioning and transformer service.

What oil this machine can purify?
Ans: The seriously deteriorated insulating oil,transformer oil,dielectric oil,cable oil,mutual oil,swith oil and etc These systems are used for installation, maintenance and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment, hermetically sealed or otherwise.

What is the function of this mahcine?
Ans: The machine can remove the water , gas, and the impurites(particles) effectively.
And it can regenerate the deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively.And it can recover the voltage value to 65 kv. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line.
