-- Its been years since Panama City hosted a major boat show. In fact, there are only 2 boat shows along the entire Florida Panhandle. The Panama City Yacht and Boat Show is by far the largest of the two. Featuring both in-water and land exhibits, attendees will be able to see new and brokerage vessels from 16' to over 60' in length. Exhibit space for this event has been in such demand, that it recently sold out over 5 months early.
There is still time for Vendor Booth exhibitors to lock in there location. Boat lifts, finance, insurance, tackle, towing, electronics, apparel, and boat accessories are just some of the industries already committed to exhibit in the Panama City Yacht and Boat Show vendor tent.
The show will also feature some very popular attractions that only a large show could accommodate. A cruising seminar series will be presented by Captain Chris Caldwell. Captain Caldwell is a noted seminar host, participating in some of the largest shows in the country. These seminars will cover all the information needed to cruise from New Orleans to the Bahamas, and will be broken up into leg segments.
Paul Bedard, from Animal Planets "Gator Boys", will be on hand for all of the younger boaters to meet and mingle with. As if that is not enough, register at the show to take a ride on a professional Yamaha engine demonstration. These demos will introduce you to the latest power options offered by Yamaha.
Want to compare... Evinrude engines will also be on hand, giving thrill rides of there own. No where else in the Panhandle can you get this head to head comparison of power for your new boat.
Of course no boat show would be complete without food and beer. The Panama City Yacht and Boat Show will have plenty of both. There will be something for everyone at the sold out Panama City Yacht and Boat Show coming March 15-17, 2012, to the Panama City Marina.
