As lobby and campaign spending soars to record highs, Congressional approval ratings plummet to all-time lows.  Explore the influence of money on Congress while playing this educational card game.  You'll collect and deploy capital to help pass or block actual bills of the 112th U.S. Congress.  But choose your battles wisely.  Winning requires strategy, opportunism, and a touch of good luck.
