-- Designers for BFW have ranged between the ages of 15 to 65. Changes have been implemented to ensure that each designer receives a personalized enhancement for each runway collection during BFW.
BFW has added 2 levels of participation for designers which began in BFW2012. The levels of participation are Open Creativity and Standard. The Open Creativity level allows designers to utilize and implement into their collection its personal models for a collection. Open Creativity designers also have the ability to have collection inspired looks (hair and make-up) to enhance a collection.
The other level of participation is Standard. Standard designers are allowed to select from a selection of models approved by BFW. Hair and make-up looks created for Standard designers are designed with an emphasis of overall presentation for the collections scheduled.
Registration has also been enhanced to include runway pictures and video footage for each designer participating in BFW. Registration for all designers ends April 30, 2013 and is available on the event website (http://www.baltimore-fashionweek.com
) under the Designer Registration tab.
