All Star Chem Dry Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

   (Kennesaw, GA) –Star Chem Dry is joining the fight against breast cancer to bring hope and help to the many lives affected by breast cancer. Chem-Dry’s national Cleaning for the Cause fundraising program donated more than $55,000 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in 2011 and hopes to double that number this year.
   
   All Star Chem Dry joined the fight against this horrible disease because of the loss of a dear friend last Thanksgiving from treatable breast cancer.  Early detection would have saved her life with the easily treatable form, had she gotten medical help.
   
   “We’re excited about supporting breast cancer awareness because we want to help other children keep their mothers, and men keep their wives, and live a long, healthy life.  Last year was our first year and this year we hope to do more to raise money for the NBCF through donations.”

   All Star Chem Dry plans on participating in sales of special Pink spotter cans of cleaner, and passed out pink ribbons during Kennesaw’s Paws in the Park event.  

“We are making a pink quilt to raffle off for donations during the next few months.  I am hoping that as it travels in the area, that each person who puts a few stitches in will also double their efforts to fight this disease through educating others,” said Browne.

   In addition, customers can donate online or by purchasing the special Pink cans of the Chem Dry World Famous Spotter.  A portion of the proceeds from sales is donated directly to the NBCF.
