Executive Chef, Marcelo Marino, hand selects the best produce and proteins from around the world and has them shipped direct from the farm or source to his kitchen.
A lot of people think organic is bland and boring, the Chef's menu proves this notion false. With items such as Ostrich Carpaccio with enticing fresh truffles and lavender infused olive oil or Swordfish served with crispy polenta, tropical fruit relish, baby kale, mango, port, fig and lavender reduction, and fresh ingredients from around the world, Chef Marino proves organic can be extraordinary and exotic.
As an Argentinian, trained in the traditional french style, who has cooked on every continent one wonders what culinary philosophy the Chef has adopted. When asked, Chef Marcelo will passionately tell you he is a purist from selection to the final product. He believes in controlling the chain of distribution from farm to the restaurant to ensure the freshest ingredients free of contaminants. In the kitchen, Chef Marcelo is just as vigilant, you will not find anything fried or heavily breaded, the food is allowed to speak for itself and paired with elements that naturally highlight and showcase the main dish; not mask it.
There are large flat-screen televisions mounted in the dining area, so patrons can watch as their culinary masterpieces are being artfully prepared.
