This month the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a Petition for Direct Appeal, prepared and filed by Law Firm, for one of Law Firm's bankruptcy appeal clients.  That Petition for Direct appeal sought and obtained an Order from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals allowing a bankruptcy court judgment to be appealed directly to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, without having to appeal, first, to the US District Court, or Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.  Law Firm is experienced in doing bankruptcy appeals.
