The Professional Planning Forum are holding the National Best Practice Seminar – a must attend event for planners and analysts and those involved in the back office and workforce management.

With over 150 people attending last year’s National Best Practice Seminar, this year’s seminar will include case studies, workshops and roundtable discussions in the core key topic areas such as back office, workforce optimisation and planning.

The session will share a short case study presentation on performance measures in the back office and the challenges to overcome and host a workshop exercise about identifying poor performance and delivering the right message.
