5th Annual Tooth Fairy Children's Foundation Fund Raising Gala

"To say that Alvin is disabled wouldn't offend him or be inaccurate - he was after all born without arms due the infamous morning sickness drug Thalidomide. Today, Alvin is completely independent and most often described as amazing - not disabled.
