Motivational Speaker, Mary Lynn Ziemer, Presenting “How to Prosper During Stressful Times”

The topic of Mary Lynn’s presentation will be “How to Prosper During Stressful Times”.  In this seminar, Mary Lynn will share the “pieces to the puzzle” and teach how it is possible not only to survive, but to actually thrive and prosper, even during difficult or stressful situations.  

“When life begins to feel difficult, many people do the exact opposite of what is necessary for positive change,” said Mary Lynn Ziemer.  “They get caught up in efforts of ‘just trying to get by’, continue focusing on the challenges and hurdles, and begin to increase their stress levels even more.  In this presentation, I will share proven methods for helping people learn to alter their focus, overcome challenges, meet their goals, improve their health, eliminate stress, and truly prosper…even if they feel like things are at their worst.”  

The “Integrity Academy” is an educational effort organized by a company called Integrity Biofeedback (BalanceYourStress.com) The Academy began hosting these monthly seminars in an effort to educate the community about natural methods of stress reduction, pain management, and overall wellbeing. The response to the first event in September was overwhelmingly positive, and the Academy anticipates October’s seminar to fill up quickly.
