Oct. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- [Las Vegas, Nevada—October 3, 2012]  This week, the Microsoft Dynamics© CRM community gathered in Las Vegas, Nevada for eXtremeCRM 2012 Las Vegas.  The most comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM-specific event of year, eXtremeCRM brings partners together to forge business relationships, gain knowledge from real-world experiences, and learn about current and future CRM technologies.

Attendees of eXtremeCRM were the first to be briefed on the soon to be released Microsoft Dynamics CRM Statement of Direction in a keynote address delivered by Craig Dewar, Director Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Marketing.

According to Craig Dewar, Director Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Marketing, “It is exciting to see the energy and passion from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem at eXtremeCRM! It is truly a community hub with tremendous partner engagement. eXtremeCRM is the place for partners to get connected with each other, Microsoft and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM roadmap. We look forward to the next event in Rome!”

Designed specifically to meet the needs of each member of the CRM organization, more than 70 sessions were offered at eXtremeCRM 2012 Las Vegas.  Educational sessions, led by industry experts, were tailored specifically for business leaders, implementers, developers, and those in sales and marketing.  This year’s conference also offered the new eXecutive Summit, an exclusive opportunity for business owners to work together with Microsoft executives and industry experts in an interactive executive forum. In addition to Craig Dewar, keynote addresses from Microsoft included Seth Patton, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Marketing Senior Director, Microsoft, and Connor Marsden, US Director, CRM, Microsoft. They also heard from author and industry analyst Paul Greenberg as he addressed the communications revolution that is taking place.

Technology and applications take center stage at eXtremeCRM 2012 Las Vegas. Developers participated in the App Challenge which is designed to push technical development in the CRM community to the next level. In this challenge, developers competed head-to-head to create the most compelling application within a 24-hour period. The winning apps, selected by eXtremeCRM attendees, were Give Big, an online bidding application, and bridgeit from Creativemages, a Windows 8 application, which communicates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with help of Windows Azure. Bridgeit connects organizations with their partners allowing them to collaborate and share opportunities.

eXtremeCRM awarded the first ever Innovative New App Award, which recognizes a compelling new application that works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Assistance Software received this award for their product, Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a solution for the Professional Service Industry.

The App Launchpad, new at this year’s conference, invites sponsoring partners with new applications to promote their new product announcements with conference attendees, for no additional charge.

The Training Academy also made its debut this year, welcoming eXtremeCRM attendees two days early for the opportunity to hone their knowledge of CRM technology and applications. Several ISV certification trainings were offered including Scribe, ClickDimensions and CWR Mobility.
