allAgents say "We have completed the 12 month collating of all the independent customer reviews and we congratulate the winners of all the award categories. We feel sure this is a first and is the largest UK agent entry industry awards scheme. They are based entirely on open to view independent reviews and EVERY agent on our directory was entered. It's the property industry awards results that the public and agents been waiting for - they are the customer service awards openly chosen by customers." allAgents funded the awards and claim therefore that no agent was asked for an entry fee or was entered by selective invitation. Business Manager Alissa Murray said, "By keeping these awards FREE, this ensures that the winners have achieved award recognition based entirely on feedback from a clients by rating and sharing their customer service experiences. By having customers reviewed over one calendar year, this ensures that all our agents are starting from a level playing field regardless of their previous review history and provides a better way of evaluating an agents current performance as opposed to taking a snapshot of a shorter time scale." Alissa explained how the awards were calculated. "The results are based only on reviews posted during the period 1st September 2011 to 31st August 2012. Each review has been grouped by customer type - vendor, buyer, landlord, tenant, prospective customer and to be considered the agent must be meet a minimum review target achieving a 5 star band, which is an average rating of 4.5 or above." Amongst the winners in the national categories were the allAgents Grand Prix Awards for their 'Transparent Agents'. These are an exclusive band of agents that are members of the websites 'transparent agent scheme' - firms that openly promote independently hosted feedback from their customers and don't hide behind the vale of just glowing testimonials on their own websites. These include the winning estate agent firm for London of Ludlow Thompson and the winning London-wide single branch - Paramount Properties of West Hampstead. All the results are now publish on our website. The website claim that agents will recognise a number of surprises in the results with some big household names being absent in categories , where they had been appearing regularly in other awards schemes.
