Lewis/Klein Properties and 21st Mortgage Offer New Homes And Innovative Financing

Buyers with credit scores of 575 and above can purchase a new home with a low down payment and a fixed-rate mortgage. They also will be eligible to receive mortgage payment assistance, with Lewis/Klein contributing a portion of the regular site rental payments toward early payoff of the home buyer’s mortgage. This assistance could total as much as 50% of the entire mortgage after only five years.
