The Art Mill Releases A Book Titled One Pea

Oct. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- The Art Mill's latest project, One Pea is a charming and fun story with the purpose to help parents teach children the value of being thankful, gracious and honest. Owner, Marie Tabler, collaborated with freelance author, Julia Meyer, to create a book to promote valuable character traits in an entertaining way. Based on The Princess and the Pea, The Art Mill's book puts a humorous twist on the story with a touching ending. Illustrations for the book were created in a painterly style and add a soft effect.

The story begins when it’s time for the prince to find a true princess to be his wife. Seven sisters from another kingdom are invited to stay at their castle and sleep on a pile of mattresses with a pea under one of the mattresses. Their law states that a true princess will not be able to sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. The ranting and raving about the horribly lumpy bed reveals that there are many true princesses! With so many choices, how will the prince decide whom to marry?
