Partner at The Curchin Group Presents at NJSCPA Estate and Inheritance Tax Seminar

Oct. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- RED BANK, New Jersey (October 2, 2012) – The Curchin Group, LLC (“Curchin”), a mid-sized, full-service accounting firm based in Red Bank, New Jersey, announced today that Lynn A. Conover, CPA, CFBA, Partner, participated in a panel discussion entitled “Elder Care–New Jersey Estate and Inheritance Tax and Probate Issues” to over 150 attendees of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NJSCPA”) on September 27, 2012 in Eatontown, New Jersey.  Conover’s presentation included an introduction to New Jersey Estate Tax, a discussion of gifting and estate taxation, as well as an overview of New Jersey Inheritance Tax forms.  The panel also discussed planning points as they related to a case study that was presented to the attendees. CPA and financial professionals who attended the program earned three continuing professional education credits in Taxation.

Conover serves as Tax Partner at Curchin, Co-Partner-in-Charge for the Firm's Tax Committee and Partner-in-Charge of its Family Business Advisory Practice. She has over 25 years of experience providing a wide range of tax services to businesses and high net-worth individuals.
