According to Kyle Ransom, founder of the Go Fight Foreclosure System and Go Fight Foreclosure Blog. It will be important for homeowners to respond back to the National Mortgage Settlement Claim to receive what he feels is a very small compensation for lender mishandling of wrongful foreclosures. Ransom says the settlement offer is no comparison for the wrongfully foreclosing on a homeowner’s home. However, he feels that the homeowners are entitled and provide information about how to collect payment on the Go Fight Foreclosure Blog here:
“In addition to collecting the National Mortgage Settlement Claims every homeowner should consult with a consumer protection attorney as well. These homeowners have good recourse for class actions to collect a fair payment that is not being offered by the banks,” stated Kyle Ransom.
Continuing Ransom says that banks have not stopped wrong doings when it comes to improper mortgage securitization. He explains that banks continue to circumvent state foreclosure laws and falsify documents using more advanced Robo Signing techniques. Ransom reveals that many of the Assignment transfers are improper containing authorization from banks that are under cease and desist order or no longer in business. Making it impossible for Officers who he consider more advanced Robo Signers to transfer promissory notes and security instruments through Assignments.
