Oct. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- The Integr8 Group, South Africa’s largest private managed ICT services provider, first entered into a service level agreement with the Home Loan Guarantee Company (HLGC), in 2003. Almost a decade later, the partnership has continued to thrive and deliver value and true business benefit by ensuring uptime, reliable and efficient connectivity.

The Homeloan Guarantee Company is a not for profit company that facilitates access to housing finance for lower income people through mobilisation and provision of guarantees to lenders in the affordable housing market. It is also well positioned in the fight against HIV/Aids, as it manages its risk exposure by facilitating access to treatment, through it’s Housing for HIV programme.

HLGC also provides risk management and administrative assistance to HFGARe, a pann Africa reinsurer and retrocessionaire.

To fulfil its service delivery mandate and sustain its leadership position, HLGC has a solid partnership in place with Integr8.

The Company’s services are delivered through a hybrid of onsite technical skills and 24/7/365 connectivity to Integr8’s award winning Nerve Centre®, for remote 1st, 2nd and 3rd line monitoring and escalations.  This is also the digital hub for 3rd party management and business intelligence reporting through advanced on-line analytics.

Integr8’s primary role is to support the mission-critical business management and communications infrastructure running through HLGC – including servers, desktops, switches, routers and connectivity.  Disaster recovery, redundancy and security are all managed remotely via the specialised verticals in Integr8 Nerve Centre 3rd line verticals.

“This is a prime case, whereby we are trusted technology partners, resulting in the customer receiving on-going advice according to an agreed technology and business roadmap, from a technology agnostic provider. The partnership most certainly adds value,” explains Robert Sussman, joint CEO of Integr8,

“Our client’s core focus is to establish and maintain reliable contact with lenders throughout Africa, and South Africa and make sure that they are able to leverage off this level of connectivity. To further reduce our client’s costs and ensure efficiencies from their past investment, we have virtualised the client’s environment,” adds Sussman.
