Chalker Flores, LLP Continues its Success in Patent Prosecution

Oct. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- In February 2012, Chalker Flores, LLP, an intellectual property, business, corporate and litigation law firm in Dallas, Texas, successfully prosecuted an electro-dynamics water treatment patent in the United States on behalf of a client titled “System for Treating Liquids with Wave Energy from an Electrical Arc”.  The patent issued February 7, 2012, U.S. Patent Reg. No. 8,110,100.

The boutique intellectual property law firm also successfully prosecuted a vitamin and supplement nutrition patent in New Zealand on behalf of one of its clients titled “All Natural Multivitamin and Multimineral Dietary Supplement Formulations of Enhanced Absorption and Biological Utilization”.  The patent issued February 7, 2012, New Zealand Patent Reg. No. 594596.

To round out the month, the Dallas patent attorneys prosecuted a pharmaceutical patent in Japan on behalf of one of its clients titled “Drug Particles From Freezing Into a Surface”.  The patent issued February 24, 2012, Japan Patent Reg. No. 4933732.
