Fifteen Exhibitors In North American Pavilion At Milipol Qatar
American technology, quality and ease of doing business welcomed at Middle East stage
Oct. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- WALDWICK, NJ -- Visitors will find American quality, technology and ease of doing business in the North American Pavilion at Milipol Qatar 2012 from October 8-10. The international trade show takes place in the Doha Exhibition Center, Doha, Qatar.
The North American Pavilion is located at the center of the show floor, from Stands D087 to D096. The pavilion is again organized by Kallman Worldwide Inc.
The pavilion comprises 15 organizations, representing eight states from the U.S.A., mostly from the east and west coasts: California, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. Combined Systems, Inc., of British Columbia, Canada, will also exhibit.
According to U.S. Ambassador to Qatar Susan L. Ziadeh, “The United States is the leading supplier to Qatar of safety and security-related equipment and services. The U.S. market share in this sector is over 41% and we anticipate increased growth with the adoption of U.S. standards.”
Brigadier Saud Rashid Al-Shafi, Head of Purchasing Division of the Ministry of Interior and a member of the Milipol Qatar Committee, welcomed the international group, stating, “New technologies and services are needed to help Qatar’s officials carry out their duties and improve security for the population and property.”
Specific requirements at the moment include uniforms, footwear, video-surveillance equipment, radar equipment, analysis equipment, crime scene products, and software for the fight against cybercrime.
