American Profit Recovery Named One Of Best Places to Work in Collection Industry
Collection agency earns a top spot in national survey for fifth year in a row
Best Places to Work in Collections is a program spearhead by industry publication InsideArm.com and Best Companies Group. The Best Places to Work in Collections list for 2012 is made up of 31 companies divided into three size categories: Small (15-74 employees), Medium (75-249 employees) and Large (250+ employees).
American Profit Recovery and other collection agencies were judged on a whole host of criteria including; workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. A second phase of the survey determined the overall employee experience and satisfaction.
With a generous incentive program, some of the best benefits in the industry and multiple opportunities to get involved in company-wide charitable initiatives, American Profit Recovery has developed a culture that surrounds itself around giving back, both to employees and the communities they live in.
“We have intentionally created a great place to work for a number of important reasons,” states Jeff DiMatteo, a partner at American Profit Recovery. “First, it’s the right thing to do; all employees must have a workplace where they can thrive, contribute and grow. And those team members show us their appreciation in the form of working hard for our customers which is vital in this industry.”
