Oct. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, N.C. -- Fresh North Carolina seafood and a glass of fine wine can help brighten up a fall day on their own, but when paired, create an exciting combination. Dock to Door Seafood and The Wine Feed are teaming up to host a family-friendly seafood and wine festival – Hook + Vine -- on Sun., Oct. 14 at 4 p.m., uniting unite foodies and wine connoisseurs alike.
