IntegriTax Partner Creates New Company

Sept. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Valerie H. Jordan, managing partner at IntegriTax, has announced the formation of her newest company, V Jordan, Inc (VJI). A spin-off from IntegriTax, VJI is a corporate tax advisory service company that offers a personalized full-service approach to sales and use tax consulting and property tax consulting.

“Our goal is to provide our clients with expert knowledge and such remarkable customer service that they consider VJI the best in the state and local tax arena,” says new VJI president and CEO Valerie H. Jordan. “We plan to meet or exceed service expectations by making ourselves easily available to clients and by sharing information with them that works to their best advantage.”

Jordan is starting her second company with a full complement of former IntegriTax employees, including veteran IntegriTax Partner Nilesh Parekh and sales manager Mendy Furlong. A former VP and regional manager at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Parekh brings to VJI more than 35 years of experience as an auditor, tax consultant, and manager. Furlong, with more than 20 years of exceptional sales, marketing, and account management experience, is VJI’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Together, VJI tax experts bring our clients more than 100 years of combined experience and accumulated knowledge in the sales and use tax and property tax industries,” says Jordan.

“Although the company is new, there is nothing new about the expertise and quality of service our team provides,” explains Jordan. “Our past accomplishments in serving corporate clients --- both large and small --- throughout the country will continue at VJI.”
