Modern Skate Offers New Location to East Lansing Residents and Students

Sept. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- LANSING, MICH - After serving the Lansing area for more than 30 years, Modern Skate & Surf has relocated its surf shop to 319 E. Grand River in East Lansing, Mich. The Grand River location is directly across from Michigan State University near M.A.C. The staff is excited about the new location, because it is located just a short distance from the Michigan State University campus so students can enjoy a great selection of apparel, skateboard equipment and daily skating deals.

To celebrate the new location, Modern Skate welcomes everyone to check out the new layout. Free parking is available for the first half hour when customers park in the large parking structure behind the store on Albert.

Modern Skate & Surf prides itself on the variety of top skateboarding brands in stock, including a variety of skateboards, snowboards, inline skates, roller skates and ice skates at the new Lansing location. New snowboard lines from Lib Tech, Gnu, Never Summer, Rome and more are coming in to the new location every day.
