Clients may now request a certified appraisal of any item in their home as an addition to their home inventory.  What’s Under Your Roof?’s Home Inventory Professional will take photographs and gather brief descriptions of the items for appraisal while completing the home inventory.  The information will then be sent to Nugent Appraisal and a complete report will be generated without the homeowner having to take the item out of their home or waiting for an appraiser to come to them.
