Sept. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- MESA, ARIZONA -- National Mold Inspection Month is October, 2012, pursuant to the mold awareness educational campaign sponsored by the Environmental Hygienists Association.

In observance of National Mold Inspection Month, homeowners and rental tenants in the USA can have their houses or apartments completely and thoroughly inspected for toxic mold and household mold growth problems for only $99 by an experienced Certified Environmental Hygienist.

The special October home inspection $99 special also includes one mold test of the outward air flow from the heating/cooling system, one mold test of the indoor room air, and one outdoor comparison mold test, for a total of three mold tests.

Because heating and cooling equipment and ducts are often mold factories because of internal moisture condensation and incoming in-house mold spores and mold food in the form of organic dust and dirt, mold testing the outward from the heating and cooling system provides a very good insight into whether a house has a serious, health-threatening mold infestation problem.

Offices and workplaces can be mold inspected and tested for only $199 during the October, 2012, National Mold Inspection Month.

To arrange for your home or office mold inspection, please contact Phillip Fry, Certified Environmental Hygienist, email: phil@moldinspector.com or phone (480) 539-3934 or visit Mold Expert.
