Introducing Wishyouwerevegan Online Community and Social Project
KRZE Studio launches vegan fashion and design online community and social project, an online community where people can share their vegan wish lists and collaborate on ideas fashion items that they wish were available in vegan friendly materials.
Studio fashion label, announced today the official launch of WishYouWereVegan (WYWV), an online community where compassionate people from all walks of life can share their vegan wish lists and collaborate on ideas for products and fashion items that they wish were available in vegan friendly materials.
WYWV started as a short-term community project where followers could submit their wish’s for fashion items that they wish were available in vegan materials. The most popular trends would then be used as the inspiration for the creation of a product to auction off online to benefit Mercy for Animals. After an overwhelming response from the public, Kerze realized the need for an ongoing dialogue on the topic and decided to turn WYWV into a permanent online community.
“We’ve been called ‘the vegan fairy godmother,’ and we’d like to think that’s fitting.” said Kerze.
Kerze’s experience has found that in today’s consumer fashion market, there is a limited amount of vegan product available. Conscientious consumers must choose between ethics and style, when they should be able to have both.
The home of WYWV, www.wishyouwerevegan.com, is a place where like-minded people can meet, network and share ideas as well as learn about vegan design, lifestyle, and culture.
“I want the site to become a place where people’s talents and tastes can come together as a community to create beautiful product, from beautiful vegan material, knowing they are helping contribute to a beautiful cause and a world that works for everyone.” Said Kerze.
