Ex-eurovision Contestant Turns Psychic And Visits Stratford Upon Avon

Daz Sampson persues new career as a psychic in pilot programme
Sept. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- In 2006 The United Kingdom entry for Eurovision was musician and DJ Daz Sampson. Daz who had, had previous chart success by re-working older songs such as Kung Fu Fighting with Carl Douglas entered the Eurovision competition with his song Teenage Life. Although the song scored a disappointing 25 points, it did have some chart success in the UK, rising to number 8 in the charts following the contest. His performance may have raised the popularity of Eurovision in the UK, with the 2006 contest attracting half the UK TV audience, leading to the highest viewing figures in the UK in Eurovision history.

Since 2006 Daz has continued with music career as well as various other projects. Most surprising of all however is his transisition into being a Psychic or Medium, or as Daz prefers to refer to himself, as a Chaneller. Daz who has always known he has this unique ability has recently chose to follow it commercially and hopes to take his skills across the country. Following a couple of practise runs at various locations and aided by Wire FM DJ Roy Basnett, Daz decided that the Falstaff Experience in Stratford upon Avon, was the ideal location to film the pilot of a new television show that will chart Daz's psychic adventures.

Daz, Roy and their crew (including Daz's wife, set to be a star in her own right for her jumpiness) arrived in Stratford late Friday evening. They spent the night filming at the Falstaff Experience. The Falstaff Experience is located in the historic Shrieve's House property on Sheep Street, and is described by Horrible Histories author Terry Deary in his Guide to Stratford as the most haunted building in England. Daz certainly felt the energy upon his arrival.

Daz delighted members of the Falstaff Experience team with his very accurate readings including correctly identifying people's names and hopes for the future. Once filming began, Daz generated a lot of activity and twice chanelled a spirit. It was shocking and exciting. The second time, caused the crew to abandon filming for the night after the chanelling came close to a possession. The Falstaff team, became very worried recognising similarities with possession of Derek Acorah that took place live on national television in 2004. The pilot will air some time in the new year.
