Industry Recognition for Dusit International’s Jiri Kobos

A 30-year industry veteran, Mr Kobos has held senior management positions in Africa, Europe and Asia, including ten years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He is currently responsible for the operations and performance of the Dusit International worldwide hotel portfolio, taking a proactive role in the execution of quality standards, employee performance and guest satisfaction whilst also supporting the acquisition of leads for new properties. In the Middle East, Kobos’ focus remains on the core Dusit Thani brand, which launched in Dubai 11 years ago with new hotels opening in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Bahrain.
Kobos was previously managing director and general manager of the 440 room Dusit Thani LakeView Cairo, and is now based at the Dusit International Corporate Office in Bangkok.
