Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- RedRossa Italian Grille in Bloomington, MN is pleased to announce a new addition to the restaurant: Tim Meagher is now the general manager.

Meagher brings a high level of food and wine knowledge to the restaurant. His professional credentials and passion for fine food and spirits are taking RedRossa’s dining experience to a new level.

"I plan to be an entrepreneur of good times,” Meagher says. “I plan on building great
relationships with all our customers.”

RedRossa Italian Grille currently offers an excellent wine list. Meagher brings with him an excellent knowledge of wine and spirits. He’s currently working on his level-two sommelier certification from the Court of Masters, the premier international wine examining body.

“I’m very well versed in wine,” he says. “I do most of our company’s wine orders.” His wine tasting career started with mentoring under a professional wine sommelier in a wine bar/gourmet market setting. And he plans to continue his wine education with the Court of Masters in hopes of achieving the prestigious level three and four certifications.  

Meagher was born and raised in Aberdeen, SD. He has a decade of experience in the high-end food and beverage business. He’s rapidly risen in the restaurant management ranks over the past four years. His professional titles include: assistant food and beverage manager at the Watertown Convention Center in Watertown, SD; food and beverage manager at the Aberdeen Convention Center and Minervas Restaurant in Aberdeen, SD; and general manager at Minervas Food and Cocktails in Sioux City, Iowa.
