A New Expansion at TEAM One - Chicago

Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Steve Cygan started at TEAM One- Chicago in January of 2012. He quickly advanced into an Account Executive position and became a huge asset to our company. We knew from the start Cygan would make a huge impact in our office. He has become a mentor, a leader, and an inspiration to others within our firm.

Cygan got a full ride scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage to pursue his dream of professional hockey. He played Division 1 hockey and later went on to play 5 years of professionally.Unfortunately, this path came to a halt when we got injured, however his future was really just about to start.

He was determined to find the perfect career path for himself that would enable him to accomplish his goals for himself and his family. He was very specific in what he wanted. Cygan was looking for a company that could offer him growth, stability, and no seniority in which he could use his competitive nature in a positive way that would enable him to develop his career in a short amount of time.

After these few short months we are proud to announce that Steve Cygan has been promoted to be our newest Assistant Manager.  He understood his competition and the environment were important, but finding the method to outwork the others in the same game is even more victorious. This expansion to our firm is offering more opportunities to new candidates as well as to himself.

His guidance has paid off.  “It is not what we have done but where we are going” (Cygan). It takes a team to succeed and a leader to encourage them.  “To become an entrepreneur, one will be the underdog. Never forget your team” (Cygan). This is just the beginning to Cygan’s adventure here at TEAM One – Chicago and we are excited to see what he brings to the firm next.
