October 12th Program Offers Insight Into Medicare Set Asides

Sept. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- A panel of the country’s leading experts in the area of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance and Medicare Set Asides will present the latest information about this evolving area of practice at an upcoming conference in Albuquerque, NM open to attorneys, nurses, Nurse Life Care Planners and all those in the growing Life Care Planning industry.The full-day program will address today’s most critical issues in Liability Medicare Set Asides – and offer a unique opportunity for attorneys and Life Care Planners to join together to hear timely information vital to all those in the MSA industry and participate in an in-depth discussion of the Medicare Set Aside process.

The program, “Navigating the Medicare Secondary Payer Landscape” is being held on October 12, 2012 from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm in conjunction with the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP) Annual Educational Conference taking place at the Sheraton Uptown in Albuquerque, New Mexico.The program is part of the conference’s special “Pre-Conference” program, and is open to all those in the legal industry interested in learning more about this growing practice area.Attorneys will be able to earn CLE credits for the program -- CLE has been applied for and is pending from the NM Bar Association.Cost for the full-day session is $250 for AANLCP members and $295 for non-members.
