-- Bookkus Publishing is open for reviewing. Bookkus has received over 80 manuscripts and has a small community ready to review and decide which book are the best and should be published for the world to see. Unlike crowd funding, Bookkus uses the crowd only to choose the books, not for funding. Authors receive the benefit of having their books reviewed by actual readers, editors, and authors in order to gain feedback on their writing style and story in general. If the story they submit is really good, they receive a publishing contract with Bookkus giving their book high quality editing, distribution and marketing.
“This is a really exciting time for us. We are so happy to finally have our company open to reviewing and really want to get some books into the hands of the readers as soon as we can,” said William Yatscoff, the marketing manager, “I’m not sure when we will get our first book onto the marketplace, but I know that it will be within the next few months.”
Bookkus Publishing is hoping to publish 10 books within the next year aside from its 5 short story compilations.
