Moving Help? Moving HELL!!! or How to make your moving process smooth?

First of all  you need to hate moving and all moving companies out there to open  
yours...yours, the one, that will help people moving without usual  disaster, damaged furniture, ignorant movers and other mess. After  that, find out that business owner is not that picture you saw in a  movie about mafia. Yes, you are not sitting on the top floor in a huge  office, while your phone is killing silence every second. However,  lets skip further steps to get straight to the point-fun! As a normal  company we do have partners we work with, unfortunately, not all of  them care about their customers as we do. Moving help is a pretty  tight market, so some companies are doing everything to "cheat the  code". My moving crew is coming to job location: foreman is going to  the customer to complete some paper work and find in the house..2  other moving companies who came to do the same work from the same  partners. Our partners can not even remember who are this people and  what are they doing there. I hanging on the phone trying to fix this  problem and in the mean time tho other moving help companies decided  to take an action.Movers are fighting for the table to load it in the  truck, customer does not want this table to go anywhere untill the  situation is clear and I am... I am asking my husband aka president of  our moving help company to help me with this.However, my foreman is  putting some light on what is going on on the sight by calling me  every minute: "The are trying to move sofa, but  I am standing in the   doorway and they will not step out of this house"-I hear his proud  voice on the phone. "You will not take it anywhere"- call  
disconnected. It is hot in there, I can feel that... So we have to do  something before the real fight starts. Finally, our president is showing in the doorway and starting to jump- "we won!we won! they will  send them back!" I am trying to contact our movers, but it is not that  easy-they have a clear target- to not aloud that furniture be loaded  in a different truck.  Our good news was met with salut- movers felt  like they just won a little war and became knights of the round table.  Customer was pretty satisfied, however we still remember that big  victory.
