Taylor Bass is the host of Brand: Mom which debuted early September with an authentic mom-to-mom discussion with actress Malinda Williams, best known for her role as Tracy “Bird” Van Adams from the Showtime series, Soul Food.

Brand: Mom, one of three premiere shows on the newly launched ChicRebellion.tv, will feature authentic mommy roundtable discussion, makeovers, and celebrity mom-to-mom interviews. ChicRebellion.tv is the first and only online, on-demand video network produces web series and original programming targeting women of color, ages 25-54.

Having a baby at 40 changed Taylor Bass’ life. While on bed rest for two months she not only penned her first book, Taylor Bass reinvented herself.  The former entertainment industry publicist with such clients as Jill Scott, D’Angelo, and Sony Entertainment decided it was the best time to reinvent herself as a “brand” new mommy by launching her blog entitled, The Brand New Mommy ™ (TBNM). Taylor explains, “My dream is to empower women – especially moms. We are not new to reinvention; however, moms are new to talking openly about their struggles as they reclaim their personal brand while attempting to balance their family, career, and children. I want us strive to put self first and get healthy,” says Taylor Bass.

As the master juggler, as all mothers are, Taylor Bass will not only be busy balancing mommy duties with blogging, media coaching, and hosting Brand: Mom, she will be preparing for the November 20, 2012 release of her second book entitled, The Brand New Mommy: From Babies to Branding to Bliss (learn how to renew your life) written to inform women on reinventing their brand.
