Sept. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The Executive Assistants Organization (EAO), a network run by and dedicated to empowering Executive Assistants (EAs) from around the globe, has announced that it will host its inaugural "Behind Every Leader" conference at the palatial Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California, February 14 th -15th, 2013.

The two day event will offer attendees the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of developmental workshops, training sessions and networking events, in the shadows of one of the most magical places on earth.

“This entire organization has been crafted from the wants and needs of our audience. This isn't about the creators, the advisors, our specialist trainers or mentors. We are not interested in selling, preaching or 'rah rah' motivational speeches. We are here to re-ignite, challenge and transform,” says Executive Assistants Organization CEO, Victoria Rabin. “It is now my responsibility and honor to give our audience everything they desire in order to continually thrive as individuals and as a group.”

To add to the previously announced list of exceptional speakers, Behind Every Leader will also feature presentations from the Executive Assistant to actress Helena Bonham Carter, and the former Executive Assistant to actor William Shatner, as well as words from a Disney Vice President.
