Sept. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL (September 12, 2012) – Classes are underway at RH School of Performing Arts’ (RHSPA) new location in the North Kenwood/Bronzeville Community.  Children ages 3-18 have the opportunity to participate in various level classes such as ballet, modern ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and modeling.  Students train with instructors whose patience and passion for the arts helps students explore their own talents and creativity.

RHSPA’s founder, Rhea A. Henderson, believes performing arts creates a balanced environment for students.  “Participating in performing arts can result in building confidence, eliminating fear, expressing oneself, and building character.  Successful children who have grown up in a “balanced” environment are more likely to become successful adults” expressed Henderson.

Since opening in 2007, RHSPA is dedicated to helping students develop skill sets that serve them in every aspect of their lives, personally and professionally.  The skill sets includes discipline, teamwork, commitment, dedication, focus and confidence.  The students will have the opportunity to display their talents in the upcoming Christmas recital December 2012 and the Annual recital June 2013.

Classes start at $12 per class. Registration is ongoing until late 2012. For a complete schedule and registration information, please visit
