Former Capital Precision director of analytics leaves to start own IR firm
Amit Sanghvi has launched his own IR firm after leaving Capital Precision, now part of KWIR, where he was jointly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of their analyst department.
CapMark Clarity, a specialist in ownership analysis, aims to revitalise traditional IR services with its unique methodology and innovative reports. Their services include (but are not limited to) global shareholder identification, shareholder targeting and market cash flow summaries.
Sanghvi joined Capital Precision in 2006 and over the next 5 years was instrumental in establishing the department in charge of sourcing shareholder data, overhauling the Global Shareholder Targeting product and also played a key role in developing The Stress Test. He has serviced an extensive list of global blue-chip companies covering a wide range of sectors.
A desire to fill the gap for a provider specialising in both accuracy and insight led him to setup CapMark Clarity.
“Firstly, I must pay tribute to Capital Precision for the way in which they entered the market in 2005 and changed it for the better. For us now, it is about taking it one step further still,” stated Sanghvi.
He continued: “Speed and accuracy tend to be the most proclaimed qualities in this industry, but what about insight; the ability to analyse data, identify key trends and present these comprehensively, in an easy to digest format? This is what we believe makes us unique and sets us apart. Our data collection unit is proactive, our analysts and systems are both fast and accurate and our purpose-built reports are pioneering and insightful. We don’t just identify your shareholders, we put them into perspective. With our innovative approach, we are here to set a new standard for the industry.”
