Carolyn Guilford, nutritionist, wellness consultant and health advocate, understands that many barriers exist to making steps toward a better life. Many times these hurdles include anxiety toward change. In this workshop Guilford will outline the steps to successful change.
“We are often safe and secure in our rut, excuse me - comfort zone,” Carolyn says, “One step in the right direction could change everything. Moving from security - into a new normal, changes us mentally, emotionally and physically, which is a good thing, prompting us to grow into our best selves. Pushing the outer limits of who we are, puts us at a new perspective to enjoy a better life - placing us smack dab in the middle of a better situation. And we know that, so what makes taking that step so difficult?
Find out why, and learn how, in the exploration of the Elements of Change, on Monday, September 24th at 6:PM at the Bull Street Library, first floor auditorium - in Savannah.
Change happens every day, will we be the prey of change that occurs or will we be the orchestrator of the change we want. This workshop is part of the new “Learn to Burn” series for creating a better life.
The most successful change always includes motivation, education and support, which is just one aspect of the Health Restoration Consulting Program™, founded in 2004.
“The Health Restoration philosophy is firmly grounded in the fact that the body is able to renew, repair and heal itself, given the right conditions, that is, to nourish and detoxify. Done correctly, illness cannot thrive,” Carolyn continues.
Carolyn consults one-on-one with clients, writes a continuing column in The Savannah Tribune, answers questions Toward True Health in The Savannah Morning News, and has completed a third book ‘Reverse The Curse – Leaving Diabetes Behind.' A work that teaches the reader to reverse the curse of diabetes, while learning to eat in a way that heals the body, and nourishes health.
Carolyn Guilford works primarily with clients with Heart Disease, Diabetes and Cancer, and can be contacted at Health Restoration Consulting - Post Office Box 2814, Savannah, GA 31402. www.Healthrestoration101.com
