QlikView: The Next Generation of Business Intelligence
Eureka Solutions is holding a Lunch & Learn Workshop in Glasgow to illustrate why QlikView is shaking up the business intelligence market.
QlikView is a new kind of BI and reporting tool that empowers all business users to access and analyse their business data. Eureka Solutions’ Commercial Manager Aileen Primrose explains, “As experts in implementing and supporting business systems one of the most common questions we get asked is ‘How do I get a report that . . .?’ This session will outline why QlikView is different from other BI solutions as well as illustrate just how easy it is for even non-technical users to report on the information held within their business systems.”
QlikTech, the company behind QlikView, is one of the fastest growing companies in the technology market and their solution is now used by over 26,000 companies in more than 100 countries.
“The beauty of QlikView is its simplicity. When we demonstrate it to clients, or even to our own staff, they are blown away by how powerful and easy it is to use,” explains Aileen. “It can bring data from various disparate systems together into one application giving organisations real-time analysis from across the business. We use it internally and it has made a big difference to the way that we run our operation, easily providing us with the information we need to run our business”
One of Eureka Solutions’ latest QlikView customers, Glasgow-based Westside Distribution, has found that QlikView has transformed their business. John McAndrew, IT Manager, comments, “We recently changed from a range of complex & convoluted reporting methods to Qlikview. We were attracted by the flexibility and scalability of the product, added to the fact that such a comprehensive reporting product could have such a simple, easy to understand interface. It truly has revolutionised how we run our business!”
The event is being held at the Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow on 3rd October 2012. To register visit http://www.eurekasolutions.co.uk or call Eureka Solutions’ head office on 01355 581 960. The session is free to attend and a light lunch and refreshments will be served.
